Admin Assistant

We are looking for an organised, personable admin assistant to join the team to help Emily with day-to-day responsibilities alongside building team relationships and aiding with sales. This would be a part-time role aiming to start Summer 2022. Please get in touch if you feel you would be a good addition to the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Aiding founder Emily with day-today responsibilities
  • Managing class members, subscriptions and payments
  • Pro-actively staying on top of new clients coming in for trials
  • Liaising with B&B team including workload & wellbeing
  • Community management including social media messages & comments

Who you’ll be:

  • Organised and timely
  • Based in and around London
  • Driven and proactive
  • Experienced in Sales & Admin

We’re keen for this role to be very flexible including hours between school drop offs, work from home and flexible days week to week.
