New scoliosis and Spinal fusion classes

Classes for scoliosis and spinal fusion 

We are pleased to offer two new classes starting this September to provide a more specialised class for those with scoliosis, and secondly to those with multi-level spinal fusions.

These sessions will run weekly and spaces are limited to 12 spots to ensure I can be on hand to offer adaptations, adjustments and support on an individual level in class. ⁣

Scoliosis group class

For those without fusions looking to support their core and manage pain, as well as receive support from others in the same boat.

What’s included?

After only a few weeks I can already see the improvement both in class and in my day to day activity, and the progress that I’m making that is really motivating. I’m finding that regular Pilates is really helping with my pain management - before when my back was a bit twingy I’d take paracetamol, but now I do a few stretches to ease the pain!
