Private sessions with Emily

Working privately with you is a great way to ensure we can start at the right level for you and progress as quickly or slowly as you need, alongside setting tailored goals both for your physical and mental health – I’m particularly passionate about helping those manage pain and low confidence in their bodies.

Private sessions are held remotely however home visits can be arranged at a safe distance – just ask!

Following an initial consultation to learn a little bit more and uncover your goals, we will create a bespoke programme for us to work through. This can be completely flexible and tailored to meet your needs, whether you’re looking for weekly or monthly training, 30 minute sessions before work or hour long evening sessions.

Each session we have together is followed up with additional programming for you to complete during the week, developed with your schedule and needs in mind.

I truly believe that our health is a long term commitment and therefore I will never be the instructor that sees you for an isolated hour and forgets about you during the rest of the week – I work with clients who want to feel strong and confident and am therefore always on the phone for support, and will check in throughout the week to see how your extra sessions are going – keeping communication open is key.

I wanted to do one to one classes with Em because of her understanding and compassion to those with spinal fusions. I wanted to understand my body more than I do and the way I move. I’ve gained so so much more flexibility! As well as my flexibility and my chronic pain improving massively, I’ve noticed an amazing difference in my mental health.
