Private sessions with Emily

Working privately with you is a great way to ensure we can start at the right level for you and progress as quickly or slowly as you need, alongside setting tailored goals both for your physical and mental health – I’m particularly passionate about helping those manage pain and low confidence in their bodies.

Private sessions are held remotely however home visits can be arranged at a safe distance – just ask!

Following an initial consultation to learn a little bit more and uncover your goals, we will create a bespoke programme for us to work through. This can be completely flexible and tailored to meet your needs, whether you’re looking for weekly or monthly training, 30 minute sessions before work or hour long evening sessions.

Each session we have together is followed up with additional programming for you to complete during the week, developed with your schedule and needs in mind.

I truly believe that our health is a long term commitment and therefore I will never be the instructor that sees you for an isolated hour and forgets about you during the rest of the week – I work with clients who want to feel strong and confident and am therefore always on the phone for support, and will check in throughout the week to see how your extra sessions are going – keeping communication open is key.

After only a few weeks I can already see the improvement both in class and in my day to day activity, and the progress that I’m making that is really motivating. I’m finding that regular Pilates is really helping with my pain management - before when my back was a bit twingy I’d take paracetamol, but now I do a few stretches to ease the pain! Whether you’ve had a spinal fusion or not, you’ll gain so much from Em’s classes. Her enthusiasm and positivity for Pilates and the difference it can make to your life is totally infectious and you’ll find yourself falling in love with it too!
